Doubleday Canada To Publish The Long-Awaited New Book From Hockey Icon Don Cherry

Doubleday Canada has acquired the long-awaited new book from hockey icon Don Cherry. DON CHERRY'S HOCKEY STORIES AND STUFF, written with veteran sports journalist Al Strachan, will arrive in bookstores across Canada in late October, 2008.

Don Cherry was named the National Hockey League's Coach of the Year in 1976 with a winning percentage of over .600, and was also a recipient of Coach of the Year honours in the American Hockey League.
